| HAWTHORNE COUNTRY STORE WEB SITE Check it out! 675 West Grand Ave, Escondido Bill and I were out doing our chores when we had decided we better stop and pick up some bird seed and some canning jars. So we went to one of our favorite stores here in Escondido! This is probably the BEST all around store in this area! They have everything from Saddles to baby chicks, Canning needs to clothing, Seeds to housewares!!! I LOVE it there! They have the BEST prices for canning jars anywhere! The sales people are very friendly and helpful! It's always a great experience when we go there! Right now all their Burpee 2012 seeds are only $1~ Even the Heirloom ones! :) So right now is the time to get stocked up on your seeds for your seed bank! We picked up 20 packages! They also have onion starters for sale now and chicks!!! If you arent in the area check your local feed stores and garden centers right now for seed sales! You really cant go wrong! Hawthorne country store has a store in Fallbrook as well! Check them out on there web site! Would be a great field trip next time youre out and about in the Escondido area!
