Shown above is our "California Salsa" This salsa has tomatoes, garlic, onion, cilantro and parsley, lemon and jalapenos!
You can serve it thick like shown here or add a bit more water for the consistency that you enjoy most! A quick and tasty salsa and ideal for a last minute party or snack for your family and friends!

"Mango Orange Sunset Salsa"
 This Salsa is a taste of the tropics!
Mango, oranges, bell peppers, jalapenos,onion, garlic and black beans!
It's wonderful as a "sauce" for fish and chicken too!

"Carrot Craze"  This is a awesome and healthy salad!
Plump carrots, golden raisins, cranberries, cherries, pineapple and raw sunflower seeds!
Slightly sweetened with Honey and cinnamon!
'Wonderfully Waldorf"
Delicious slices of tart apples, celery, golden raisins, cranberries, walnuts in a sweet sour cream sauce!
It's soooo good you can eat it for dessert too!
"New Mexico Green Chili Chicken Chili"

This chili is well, SIMPLY amazing!
We started with great northern beans and added Chunk "Chicken" (TVP), New Mexico green chili, jalapenos, onions, garlic and tomatoes!
Lots of flavor and a bit of a kick!
